  • I think it's been changing fur a while.. We want both... That's not too much to ask for surely.... Having said that, respect, anything above respect for you or me as a fellow human must be earnt..

    I think the first during 60s... A lot of seeds are sown then which are now blossoming... I believe it came about once we saw ourselves as ourselves rather than a male appendage (no pun intended :)).. I think it's a natural growth... If we want our freedom to do what we want then the responsibilities that go along with it have to be lived up to... Standing beside, rather than behind men (yes I wrote that lol) we  wanted to be acknowledged as equal... In fact we demanded it... The rest is mother daughter talks... And history.
