Do you know the difference between national and state?

For example a national law vs a state law or a national park vs a state park?

People that live in a State are American and people that are national are communists. In baseball the national league plays the American league right! Duh!!!!!!!! Lol.

National refers to the entire nation obviously.  State is isolated to just a state.   I don't know what you are asking.  If you are a winner of a state-wide contest, yippee.  Now you can go on to compete in the Nationals.

Same with politics.  We have a Governor who is responsible for each state.  A mayor for cities within states.  A President for the Nation.

You would be more accurate to say Federal (instead of national) vs. State. And let's not forget the locos, I mean locals . . . [county (or Parrish), city, etc.]
