Trump is a LOUSY picker! How many of his picks withdraw before they are even confirmed? His second nominee for Army Secretary bailed. WHY?

Trump bragged about EXTREME EXTREME EXTREME VETTING with regard to immigrants and foreign visitors. Yet he doesn't even laxly vet his own nominees? He probably already holds the record for prospective appointees bailing on him. He gets rejected a lot doesn't he? Some record! No one wants to work for the guy! :(
