Sean Patrick Maloney, (D) NY did just that in a neighboring community whose GOP rep is clearly a scairdy cat and doesn't have the courage to face his constituents and answer their questions about the Health Care vote. In fact Maloney suggested other brave Pols adopt a district whose rep was a coward. There are lots of them. I guess we'll see how far this goes. Clever though, don' tcha think?
