Flynn was asked to provide records to Congress and refused. Now he has been subpoened. What happens if he refuses to comply? Why?

F;ynn had said through his lawyer that he would testify if he received immunity. At the time the FBI/House/Senate committees refused to extend immunity. Does Flynn have a legal right to provide no records even though they were subpoened and if he testifies does he get away with taking the 5th in response to each question?

I don't know what would happen if he doesn't produce records, but he is certainly able to invoke his 5th Amendment rights and not answer any questions.

And that is what I think he will do.
Taking the fifth is his only recourse without implicating himself in any wrong doing.

And we know he's done wrong or otherwise he would haven't asked for immunity. :)
