Would YOU have handled Trump the way Comey did? Or would you have confronted him and told him he was being OUT OF LINE? Why?

Comey could have stood up to Trump and told him what he was doing was WRONG and left the meeting(s). When asked why he didn't do that he said he wasn't Captain Courageous. Would you have been BRAVE enough in such circumstance to do the right thing on the spot and confront The Trump and let him know that you knew what he was doing was UNFORGIVABLY WRONG?

    I mentioned before that I have been in a similar situation.  

    There is a moment of shock and disbelief when you meet a higher-up that you are subordinate to and whom you expect to have integrity and principles appropriate to his or her station and instead find out that he or she is nothing but a scoundrel.

    It's not a question of courage---it's a question of how you can work around his "expectations" and effectively maintain your ability to be effective in fulfilling the fiduciary and other obligations of your job.

    I was able to do precisely that without having to directly confront the higher-up in question.

    But the survival of a nation didn't depend on you tom. I'm glad you managed to handle your situation but the ramifications of your experience and Comey's are not comparable. Maybe if he had smacked Trump down and reported it publicly things might have been different. We shall never know! Thank you for your thoughtful reply and sharing you personal experience with us. I appreciate it! :)

    I totally disagree with your evaluation of my answer, Rosie.

    Impeaching Trump would be one thing; to get him out of office, the senate would have to get a 2/3rd's majority.

    If it takes 20,000 pounds to dislodge a rock from its position, hitting it with a one pound hammer 20,000 times will not make it move even a little bit.

    If Trump is to be blown out of office, you had better wait until you have large enough ordinance to do the job---and he said-she said won't do it..
