Repeal now and replace later. How is that going to work? Won't the repeal take away insurance and leave folks without coverage? If you repeal is the insurance gone immediately or does it phase out over time? Would you destroy your house without having a replacement ready? Anyone understand the mechanics of the Trump statement that the AHCA should be repealed NOW and replaced LATER?
