Self-assessment is tricky. How objective can be we be about ourselves? Others are limited by how they feel about us. Where is the TRUTH?

We determine whom we are/what we are or others determine that. Which view  is truer? Are both equally aberrant? If someone likes you he/she will think well of you. If not, then not. Skewed. Stacked. Slanted. Hopeless?
