The rape victim is equally to blame for the rape. Of course. Why not? Makes everyone equally responsible so it mitigates/dilutes the blame. Democracy in action.  Don't make anyone "the bad guy". We is all bad guys. We is all at fault. SIGH. And so it goes in America these days.

    In what universe do I get to dress up in Nazi regalia and parade around anyplace and accuse someone else of STARTING something?
