Being a Systems Librarian i'm responsible for dealing with vendors who have products to sell, tech support people who are supposed to support those products, and members of the general public.  Here's what I've learned:

    1. Sales staff generally have no idea what they're selling and nothing they say in a sales demo can be taken seriously.

    2. Tech support staff are generally under-trained and 9 times out of 10 when I call to ask for technical help I'm going to find out I already know more about their product than they do.  (Additional words of advice, never - ever buy software that doesn't have a Users Forum.

    3. The General Public are quite stupid and can't handle anything that requires them to be able to function at above a 3rd to 4th grade level.

Well we were assured Obamacare was good, fair and save us money while we got to keep our doctors.

Since it is law raising hell is not going to get anything done about the lie. So have to go through the election process and get rid of it.

Never trust a big shot. They are in it for themselves.
