    Laughing is always a good thing, even when at inappropriate times.  :)  I don't do the chat.......it is more chaos that I can tolerate.

    *shrugs*
    FWIW, I do track reports of people like this. If they just seem to be chatty, so be it, but if they have a more sinister undertone, I tend to eyeball them for a while. If they cross a line or creep people out, they usually get a warning before they silently get poofed into oblivion.

    The only one who has done that to me was the trashbag guy, so I dont think it is a common thing.
