1. If you've made no mistake?
2. If you have made a mistake?
I think I might duck underground when I see you coming. ;)
More rage in either situation.
Mistake or not, i just drive. They can pass me if they want; I'll slow down for them. People are stupid and nuts and that is no reason for me to die.
If I made a mistake I wave and mouth "Sorry..."
If the made a mistake I wave and mouth "Sorry", but for some reason it sort of looks like, "F*** Off, You *#$%& *@#@& *&#% #$%#$@#*$&&#^(^*!#@(*&$^)!@#($*^!(&#^$)*(&!@^)$*(&^$!)$"
If something has occurred that could be my fault, like if I pull out of a spot and come close to hitting someone (car may have been there and I missed it, car may have sped through the parking lot leaving me no opportunity to see it), I usually make some kind of polite gesture. I'll make a face and mouth the word "sorry" if they can see my face or do a palms-up "oops" gesture or something along those lines. We all do stupid things from time to time, so I try to make merry and move on with it. I don't really care if it was my fault or theirs, aside from it being a reminder from me to be more careful. If they were being unsafe and raged, they'll be gone soon enough, so I don't mind taking the blame. Even super grouchy people stop being super grouchy when you say sorry.
When someone is truly aggressive, which almost never happens, they're usually in a hurry to get somewhere... the person going 80 on a city street or doing 100 on a freeway. I just get out of their way. They can rage all they want. They'll only be around me for a second. Driving like that is so dangerous and I'm glad to have them get past me. At least if they cause an accident, I won't be part of it.
Smile...flip them off and crush their skull with baseball bat if they attacked me.
:)
I'd be happy to be a passenger in your car any day! :)
:)
Oh dear, you let yourself get bashed up over and over and over again no matter what. :(
Still, the old cliche ... wisdom is the better part of valour.
Hats off to turning the other cheek - you get to survive.
:)
I just keep driving. If they block me and get out, they've made a huge mistake.
1. Take it.
2. Apologise and take it.

I'm with you.
I like JA's strategies too.
Remind me to use an armoured car, bullet proof vest, and helmet when in your neighbourhood.
Perhaps you could place a warning sign on your car, so they don't come after you.
Or maybe road signs could say, "Warning, random drivers carry guns. Do not provoke." ;)
:)
Thanks for your honesty.
