The Threatener-in-Chief is running out of targets. Vis a vis THE WALL. Some gall. Will he get away with it?

First he INSISTED a zillion times that Mexico would pay for the wall. Realized it ain't gonna happen.  Even had a phone conversation with the President of Mexico asking him to please not say he wouldn't pay for the wall because it made Trump look bad. Pathetic and useless entreaty because the Mexican prez ignored Trump's pleas and publicly stated Mexico WILL NOT PAY FOR THE WALL.

NOW he threatens Congress with a government shutdown if they(we the people via our taxes) don't pay for the wall. That is gonna go over like a lead balloon. He will own it. And everything that comes with it none of which is good.
Who is next on his agenda to bully/intimidate/threaten? He has alienated EVERYONE EVERYWHERE but his faithful base and they haven't the power to fund the wall. What can he do? Is he stymied? What would you like him to do?

    Strangely I read that a wall is already building, It was in an article about people complaining about the "dang gummint" expropriating their land to build the wall on it. So it must have been up in congress and approved. Of course that wall wont be 'owned' by Trump, however much of it gets built.
