"Confederate monument unveiled in Alabama". Which Confderate State is the most Confederate still?

The  11 Confederate States that seceded from the Union were

South Carolina
Mississippi
Florida
Alabama
Georgia
Louisiana
Texas
Virginia
Arkansas
North Carolina
Tenniessee

4 other slave states did not secede from the Union. They were Delaware, Maryland, Kentucky, Missouri. Where is the Confederacy mentality/ideology strongest in 2017 and why?

    Alabama, Arkansas and Mississippi seem to be the lowest on the Geographically unacceptable totem pole.
