    Why do construction workers fix streets that don't need to be repaired.  Oh, yeah, those Mexicans need to take our jobs away and do this.

    Could drive you nuts.  Yes, every new employee needs to make their mark....be relevant....be essential....get noticed.  Redesigning sites is the big way at the moment.  It's always been this way, but the change was usually not something that every customer was faced with.
