There is a Return Policy called IMPEACHMENT but that is the job of Congress and when Congress is too scairdy cat wimpy to exercise that power we the people are stuck. At least with a warranty we can exchange the defective parts and keep trying to repair what we bought. Or get a brand new one right out of the box. Right now we are powerless. Not a good feeling considering that the prez is OUR EMPLOYEE and we should be able to fire him when he can't do the job. ON THE SPOT! We shouldn't have to wait for the human resources department (Congress) to get around to it. Should we?
