Allegedly North Korea has a thermonuclear ICBM that can reach the US mainland NOW. How will more swanctions help?
Sanctions will take time to put into place. We would need the cooperation of other countries' leaders as well which is not a given. THAT WILL TAKE TIME. How do we know we will have it?
