"HELL HATH NO FURY LIKE A WOMAN SCORNED". We humans have scorned Mother Nature and she has had it with us. Now she gets revenge. Scared?

Hurricanes, earthquakes, floods, avalanches, mudslides, fires. You name it we're gonna get it. We haven't respected earth. We've abused it and used it and scarred it and burned it and took everything we could get out of it and then abandoned parts of it. All done for selfish reasons with no thought of what our impact would be. Some of us are still denying we had anything to do with it. Yes. Well. There are always people like that who refuse to take responsibility for their actions. SIGH

  • I have a healthy respect for "Mother Nature" for many good reasons. I'm not afraid, nor do I think we should live in fear. The frequency and intensity of these natural disasters are part of what many of us Christians call "End Times Prophecies". These days, though perilous, contain some of the things Christ spoke of in the Gospels as signs of the last days. So, I look up in faith and assurance that redemption is indeed drawing nigh. Even as I stand in the path of a destructive storm, I do so in peace and calm and go about all the reasonable precautions that anyone would take.
