D'ya think FEMA in the Trump administration is honorable? "First come first served" SHOULD be the way it works. Will it?

Will there be butting in line to get ahead of the "riff-raff"? Will power and influence control the sequence of doling out money and the amounts? Will those who need it least get it first?  Will there be an AUDIT of any of it or will that be something else done behind closed doors under the radar on a Friday evening so no one notices how unfair it is? Whatchure guess and why?

    Too soon to tell m2c. It is a question because I don't know the answer. But the potential for it is quite practically possible. I'd like a trustworthy outside person to audit how, when and to whom the funds are allocated. Here comes another question. I cannot escape it. Thank you for your question m2c!
