    1.  Where will pig breath be when the photo ops stop?

    2.  He will lie about how much money he is spending on help.

    3.  He will lie about all the work he has done to help.

    4.  He will say this was the fastest clean up ever when it will take years.

    None of the governors are complaining....they are who would know if he was messing it up. 
    And that is what matters...action. 

    He is the only President, I know of that, donated any significant amount to the relief efforts after a disaster during thier term.
