Ethics is a joke. Facebook kept denying that Russian operatives bought $100,000 worth of political ads. They finally admitted it. Why Deny?

Apparently Facebook removed 470 phony accounts in America and something like 50,000 phony accounts in France. Doesn't that tell you that there are zillions more phony accounts in the American data base? They refuse to comply with requests by intelligence agencies for transparency. Some ETHICAL standard they employ? Don't want to look like a**holes so they keep it quiet? How many hundreds of thousands if not millions of phony accounts were set up on these internet social sites to snare gullible Americans into a web of deceit? I think the FACEBOOK and TWITTER folks should be investigated. They FACILITATED the trickery. Now they are protecting whom? For how long? Ethics my a**. They are scared to death of what they allowed and are stonewalling to stop the damage to their reputations. Too late for that. The horse left the barn, that ship sailed. Ethics. A word that used to mean something long ago but is worthless now. Alas poor Ethics we knew ye well. RIP. :(
