Apparently Secretary of the Treasure Mnuchin wanted to use a government jet for his European honeymoon. A rich cheapskate?

Aren't they all? Hands out for whatever they get as they decry others who have real need and have their hands out too. Hypocrites. Unsavory characters. Are there a lot of exceptions or are they mostly all like that?
