The first Naturalization Act was signed March 26, 1790. Sadly the first person who applied is not identified but he/she was assuredly described in the question within the quotes. Laws have changed through the years of course. We didn't limit wannabe citizens to "free white of good character". But it seems that for the White Nationalists, ALT-RIGHT whites and all the other groups beginning with WHITE that is the preferred template. Will they ever get their wish? An ALL-WHITE America? How many generations will it take to rout out every skin color but bright white? Anyone know?
