Deadbeats are welchers. They stiff those they owe money to repeatedly. Any rich folks who stiff others are deadbeats too aren't they?

AT LAST! Something in common that unites the rich and the poor! Both groups "enjoy" having deadbeats among them. Is there a certain status in being wealthy and stiffing people? Do you look up to them, admire them, think they're swell? Getting away with something at the expense of others. Just another day at the office for some. SIGH
