If there was a disaster in your home area and you were wiped out, would you have someplace else to go?

Do you have the means to keep on surviving?

I have a job I can take with me.  I would re-build my life.

I guess it would depend on the type of disaster.  If it was contained in my immediate neighborhood, I have two sisters who live about an hour away where I could bunk until the coast was clear.  If it affected my state, I have a sister in PA and if I needed to go further than that, I have my best friend in FL or her son I OH.  Yes, have sufficient funds as well as insurance to be out of my home for a time.

I would not be there to worry if I was "wiped out"... I'd be dead, by definition.

If however I survived but my home was wrecked then I would hope a relative or friend would take me in.
