Do you live in your own little world or are you connected to the one outside? Why?

I've done both but even when I was in my own little world, I could never keep the outside OUTSIDE. 

We just cannot find too many places where we are totally contained.  Even a rubber room has access to the minders who bring in the outside.

I've always been connected to the outside world. Either one stays connected to the outside world or they run the risk of becoming one of the Liberal Left group because they're seldom part of the real world either deliberately or unknowingly.
