A bully is a person who uses strength or power to harm or intimidate those who are weaker. Being bossy is someone fond of giving people orders; domineering.

But giving people orders and being domineering can also harm and intimidate, so if a person feels like they are being bullied, hasn't it already crossed the line?

When I do it, it's being bossy. When anyone else does it, it's bullying.
