Hey, how can he do this?

He is resting on his stomach, small children weigh so little that they can do that. Also his belt may have a belt buckle that would make it even easier..

What I wonder about it how he got up there, a kid that age cannot jump so high. Did cruel mom or dad remove the chair before taking the photo.
