Apparently according to some there is a time and place to exercise your Constitutional rights as an American citizen. Do you agree?

So our rights are not in effect 24/7 then? They have regular "office hours" and locations that others want to impose on us according to their beliefs? We allow others to determine for us when and where and how we are allowed to exercise those rights?  So please tell me why?

    We all have the right to do what we want but we also have to accept the consequences of those actions. 
    If you disrespect the flag...people are going to be upset. If you are rude to your customers you will loose money...
