You're a Pol voting on legislation affecting an industry in which you own stocks. Do you recuse yourself due to conflict of interest?

Or vote and if it passes just pocket the dough you make because no one will know? Why?

    They should recuse  themselves....but given that most of our Congress leaves as millionaires....I don't believe any do. They are also not subject to insider tradering laws.
