Big divide between what the Puerto Rico Guv says and what the San Juan, Puerto Rico mayor says. Whom do YOU believe?

 Guv says everything is hunky dorry just fine no problem and Mayor says we are dying. Dotard Don LOVES the GUV and insults the Mayor.  The Guv is HE and the Mayor is a SHE.  DOTARD DONNY MISOGYNY in action even in a tragedy?  Has he no shame? Has he no decency?
