Texas/Florida suffered tragedies. Puerto Rico was chastised for broken infrastructure/massive debt/ lazy people. WHY?

That Doofus Dotard Donald John accused Puerto Rico of being managed badly, wanted everything done for them and being unwilling to work together. Why is that do you suppose? Any idea? To play to his racist base? Florida is filled with people of color..Cubans. Why did THEY get his attention and the people of color in Puerto Rico get his disdain/insult/dismissive reaction?

    It doesn't matter Shar I don't think they can vote. They have no political representation. No congressfolks or senators. Why that is I don't know. I know they are a US territory and that Puerto Ricans are American citizens .  Thank you for your reply! :)

    Rosie, why don't you spend some time figuring things out instead of watching MSNBC and then running to your computer to post what you just found out? Issues are complicated and you're not open to hearing anything you don't want to hear, so I can't understand your fascination with flooding the site with your vitriol.
