I would judge it by both low numbers in poverty and by what it does to help the poor. I am not worried about the wealthy as long as they made their money honestly - I know the cynic would say that rules out most of 'em - but everyone is entitled to a basic standard of living even if they can never be rich.
Number 2 unless few live in poverty because it is Monte Carlo.
Not according to one political party's members Durdle. No one is entitled to anything. Ya gotta work hard and EARN it. No handouts for no lousy lazy bums. Government isn't there to help anyone. I take it the "party" is one of the American ones currently occupying much of the news. I don't really understand US politics anyway, but as a foreigner I can't really comment on their campaigning unless they say something concerning my own country..
