Maybe could be the folks suffering are people of color?

    With the jokes again, I see . . . 

    Ah, the Flint, MI water crisis . . . yet another Democrat-caused disaster. 

    And as to Puerto Rico . . . (you do know that Puerto Rico is about 80% white, only 8% black; and in my experience they're damned fine people, ALL of them), as a contrast I have to ask how long it took the Democrats to deal with New Orleans? I know, the mayor wasn't available due to his serving a prison term on account of his corruption. But even if he had been available to take his usual bribes and pass out graft to his friends I'm thinking that it would have been a bit more than three weeks.

    And let's not forget Super-storm Sandy. How long did it take for the Dems to clean up THAT mess? There was a LOT of the milk of corrupt politics for the Democrats to suck down when they bellied up to that trough.
