    Pregnancy is natural and healthy if we are in good condition so I would not consider that a "health benefit".  Some women say they regulate your periods but again don't know if that can be considered a HEALTH benefit.  No I don't think drugs do us any good unless we are sick, and then too probably most of the time they are harmful. I would warn any girl considering them of the health risks.

    Well never mentioned abstinence and don't know how healthy that is.  Many of us never took oral contraceptives, or not for long, but relied on other BC methods such as our diaphragm, our men using condoms or withdrawing or abstaining from orgasm altogether with us.  All of which were very common when I was young.
