Once all rules/laws protecting land against destruction are revoked/rescinded/reversed the landrape of the United States will be in full swing. How long will it take to denude the land of all that is valuable and worth preserving? Once it becomes uninhabitable what happens then? Build cities underground or beneath the sea or look upward into the skies and find another planet we can destroy?
