Who is the FINEST lady and FINEST gentleman you have ever personally met? Why do you think they are so fine?

    My dad and my honey were the finest gentleman I have ever known.
    And my grandmother was the finest lady I have ever known.

    That's wonderful Lulu'sMom! While Jim and my son are fine gentleman I think the finest gentleman I ever knew was my dad too. He NEVER was disrespectful to or about anyone. I don't recall his ever having an unkind word to say about anyone. What he said that I still remember is that  "most people try to do their best. It's just that some people's best isn't very good". That stuck with me. Also he'd say "consider the source". That was it. That said everything.  One doesn't need to elaborate or go into excruciating detail. Just consider the source and that explains all you need to know about anyone. Thank you for your reply and Happy Tuesday! :)
