    Soldiers are taught to act and obey orders in any country.

    So if they were ordered to do so they would? I would be a lousy soldier. I couldn't obey orders like that.  In order to obey such an order you'd have to turn off everything that makes you a human  being and turns you into a robot. No heart no mind no soul.
