Once again most of the island is in darkness without electricity. Whom can they sue for the abject incompetence that was foisted/forced on them? Whom can they get to make things right? Who pays for it? Whose fault is it? The prez is so very very very busy with superimportant stuff like attacking Al Franken he has abandoned the citizens of Puerto Rico. He has more important fish to fry. Play golf. Eat chocolate cake. Admire and congratulate himself on his greatness! I mean there are priorities and he has only so much time every day and what do you expect from him anyway? Why?
