In America we REWARD the wealthy simply for being wealthy. We are proud of it. It's no secret. Do other countries do that too?

This tax cut thingy is being forced on Congress by wealthy donors who demand getting huge tax cuts in return for future political contributions.OR the well will run dry and they will be cut off. Extortion? When the wealthy do it apparently it's a good thing. Congress is spineless and greedy. Great combination ain't it?
