There were many HANDWRITTEN notations included therein as these protitutes feverishly kept adding things to the bill to satisfy their colleagues to get them to vote AYE. So what we know is those handwritten annotations are not going to be for we the people. It is going to be for the extortionists who insisted that their vote be purchased. The American Way.
