"I see you. I know whom you are". Would those words said to you by another please or frighten you? Is others' knowledge of whom you are bad?

I guess you would have to do more than just see me to know who I am.  That sounds like what some people would say who are presuming to know more about me than I know about myself.  No I have plenty of faults which I will readily admit to.  And many good points which I will also own.
