That's a tough one. The original Grinch by Dr. Seuss is definitely up there. My favorite scene is when Max is going down the hill with the empty bag and sled with the newly made antler on his head--- A classic, for sure!! A Christmas Story. A Christmas Carol. Rudolph (The old Rudolph;) White Christmas. Miracle on 34th st. Santa Claus is Coming to Town. A Charlie Brown Christmas. Frosty. T'was the Night Before Christmas. The Little Drummer Boy.
These aren't in any order. They are the old classics I grew up with. I really don't watch many of the newer versions. Even though I'm old, I still try to watch all of them every year :)
Oh please do. For us its not the season without them. The first is not about Christmas but takes place during the days leading up to Christmas. Scottish film of the mid 1980s. A guy's girlfriend leaves him and he gets involved in an ice cream truck turf war. The other is a real sweetie, again from the 1980s and was filmed I think in the town in Wales it was written about. I've been watching them since - can it be? - 1989 and my then fiancé got them for me. We ended up not getting married but I introduced them to my current husband who likes them almost as much as I do.
Do you like all the versions? Mine fave is probably Disney cartoon with Mickey and Scrooge. Do you plan on watching the new movie about how Dickens wrote the story?
