Cool snow storms across the south and east. Have you ever been somewhere where it rarely snows...and then it does?

While in the Navy I was in Charleston, SC and Norfolk VA when it snowed. It's fun to watch Southerners try to drive in it.

    I guess that explains the random thunderstorm that woke me up last evening. Still no snow, just ice cold rain.

    Yes, I was in Mississippi when it snowed. Coming from Minnesota, it was pretty funny to watch the town shut down for what we would call a light dusting.
