Did Steven Bannon ACTUALLY say "there is a special place in he** for Republicans who don't support Roy Moore"?

If he did then he just smacked the crap out of Ivanka Trump who said about Roy Moore

"There is a special place in he** for pedophiles" or words to that effect specifically directed at Roy Moore. So does daddy dearest smack the crap outta the crumbum Bannon or smack the crap outta his daughter Ivanka? Or pretend nothing happened  because he is too chicken to confront either one? What would you do if a  crumbum Bannon attacked/insulted YOUR daughter? Double down and attack him back, pat his back, pretend you don't know about it?

    I don't know if  Bannon said it,  and don't care. 
    But neither Bannon nor Ivanka have the rights to that particular phrase. There was some politican who used it about women who would not vote for Hillary Clinton.  It is a common expression and the use does not smack down another person whom also used it in the past.
