If a stranger insults you so what? But if a family member or friend does it hurts you, surprises you and possibly angers you. You have different expectations. You EXPECT your accountant to know what's necessary to do his job and your lawyer who know all the legal stuff he needs to defend you and your surgeon to know all the medical stuff he needs to operate on you and save your life. You have different expectations of different people and when they let you down what do you do? Why?
