Alledgedly Omarosa was not well-liked and was known as a bomb thrower who kept feeding Trump articles that would cause him to get irate/enraged. The others who worked there were trying to do exactly the opposite and keep him from those articles and shower him with articles all about him that were flattering to keep him in a good mood. So Omarosa was working at opposite purposes from the rest of the staff IF what is being said about her dismissal is true.
