How many folks live beyond their means and stiff others for what they owe? How many times can one declare bankruptcy and get away with it? I have no idea how many deadbeats there are out there. Do you admire deadbeats or do you admire those who don't bite off more than can chew, pay their bills in timely fashion? Why?
