Anaphylaxis is a potentially deadly reaction to something. You read labels so you won't die. Aren't all labels useful? Why?

    A 50 year old friend of mine some years ago had fried shrimp at a restaurant one evening.

    He woke up in the hospital.

    He never had had shrimp before.

    Sometimes things don't come with labels.
