The "entitlements" according to him are Medicaid/Medicare/Social Security. By "focus on" he doesn't mean increase them . He means reduce them to rubble in order to offset the ENORMOUS DEBT the GOP has saddled us with to make the obscenely wealthy obscenely wealthier. I'm pretty sure he's dead serious! :(
